firstly, thanks for your advice. that phase stopped about over a month. i did get up early every day, i just had sleeping problems at night due to mental stress. so i couldn’t sleep long in the night and then had to catch up the sleep in the daytime. also, i do regularly work-out and often in the morning, which is totally a great thing! have a good day :)
